Ishin Roblox Apartment: Where to Rent
Rent an Ishin room from the receptionist in the apartment building. The room number is assigned after you pay, and the sources do not agree on the price.
Where to get the apartment
Both wikis put the rental at the front desk. You pay, and the building assigns a room. One page says the room can land on floors 3 to 5. The other gives an example on floor 4. I write that as “assigned by the system, possibly floors 3–5.”
Inside, the build control lays floor, walls, furniture, lights, a television, and a bed. Wood flooring is listed at 1,000 Yen. Spawn at Apartment is a toggle under Settings, then Main, on the Ishin Wiki. Friend build access is described as opening the ID icon in the build menu and typing a username. If the tools stick, that same page says typing /rejoin in chat reloads the room.

Door, hotel, and room ideas
Searches ask how to change the apartment door, about a decor hotel, and about room ideas. The twelve places on the board do not include a hotel. No card describes a door swap. I can list the furniture the wikis name. I cannot describe a hotel that is not among the places.

Why are there three Ishin apartment prices?
The board says rooms start at 2,000 Yen. Two wikis print 12,050 and 12,500. Nobody explains the gap, so the table keeps every figure.
