Ishin Roblox Aikido: Passives and Use
Aikido is listed under the Legendary 0.5 percent divider on the Ishin board (1 primary source). Its card is about guard breaks and a crit that stops a sprint and a dodge for three seconds.
The six lines on the card
A landed crit stops the other person sprinting or dodging for three seconds. Crit damage goes up with the target’s weight. The last light hit is an upkick. Five lights in a row make the crit break guard. Three lights are enough for a block break on their own. Landing the crit also gives 15 percent movement speed for three seconds.
The card does not print a damage number, a weight threshold, or a crit cooldown. I leave those out. Persona shares the 0.5 percent rate and does something else entirely: a weave steals the other fighter’s crit. Aikido does not copy. It converts a short light string into a lock.
| Line | What the card says |
|---|---|
| Crit lock | No sprint or dodge for 3 seconds |
| Weight | Crit damage scales with the target’s weight |
| Finisher | The last light is an upkick |
| Five lights | The crit breaks guard |
| Three lights | Block break |
| After the crit | +15 percent move speed for 3 seconds |
Two ways people describe using it
The board stops at the passives. A guide describes sliding in, ragdolling, and then a heavy. That sequence is not on the card, and it does not contradict the card either. I keep it as a second description, not as the official string. The two guard-break lines describe different triggers: three M1s break a block, while landing five M1s makes the crit break guard. A landed crit then applies the three-second sprint/dodge restriction; the restriction does not precede that crit.
Vampire, on a different card, heals on a front crit and bleeds on a back crit, then unlocks a bat dash. Aikido’s lock is the opposite tool: it removes the dash instead of giving you one. Kendo’s crit buffs the next light and cuts chip damage. Aikido’s crit is a movement deny. That is why this page exists on its own and the others stay in the table.

FAQ
How rare is Aikido in Ishin?
Aikido and Persona appear under the board’s Legendary 0.5 percent divider. The board does not spell out whether that figure applies per style or per rarity; Limited cards have no rate.
Is the slide-in combo official?
It is a guide’s description. The board only lists the six passive lines above.
